SERVICE: Private Chef in Bedford, NY
Start Date: April 2025 or earlier, TBD
Desired Salary: $120k-$130k BOE
Days Off Per Week: 2
2-3 Adults, 1 Child (1 y/o)
OVERVIEW: The clients are seeking an experienced chef to prepare three meals per day, Monday through Friday. In addition, the chef will assist in preparing solid food for their one-year-old. The chef must be comfortable around the family's four elderly dogs; a chef who can make homemade dog treats is a plus.
SCOPE OF WORK:
-Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the weekdays are prepared each day in the client’s home.
-Reasonable, cost-conscious grocery shopping.
-Reasonable snacks grab-and-go prep for the weekend.
-The client agrees to reimburse the chef for all groceries, travel, and other household-related expenses incurred.
-Food Interview: They enjoy Greek, French, and occasionally Italian cuisine, as well as Mexican and Indian dishes. Once in a while, they like indulging in heavier comfort foods, and they also enjoy sushi. Steve enjoys a variety of foods, including red meat, but cannot have avocados. Jacqueline prefers salads, chicken, and fish, and avoids red meat. Wife is pregnant.
NOTE: They also have an UWS apartment; so, there may be days when service could be in NYC.
