The Wharf is seeking energetic, hospitality-focused individuals to join our team as Boat Delivery Drivers & Dock Crew. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors, is confident behind the wheel of a truck with a trailer, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver boats to ramps across the Sebago Lake Region
- Confidently back up and launch trailers at busy or technical boat ramps
- Greet and assist guests on arrival
- Carry guest items between vehicles and boats
- Retrieve and clean returned rentals
- Help maintain a clean, organized dock, equipment and vehicle areas
- Support general operations — whatever the company needs to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Experience towing trailers and launching boats — must be comfortable backing trailers into water (some ramps can be technical)
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
