Now Hiring: Dock Hand – The Wharf, Naples, Maine
Compensation: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Seasonal | Full-time & Part-time Available
The Wharf is looking for hardworking, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our summer dock team! Spend your season on the water helping guests enjoy their boating experience while keeping our marina running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in
- Help carry guest items between vehicles and boats
- Clean and maintain boats, docks, and equipment
- Assist with docking and departing vessels from our location
- Retrieve and prep returned rentals for the next use
- Support the team with general marina operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Previous marina or hospitality experience a plus — but not required
- Must be 18
