Now Hiring: Guest Services Associate – The Wharf, Naples, Maine
Compensation: $15–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Seasonal | Full-time & Part-time Available
The Wharf is looking for positive, energetic, and hospitality-driven team members to join our Guest Services team for the summer season. If you're a people person who enjoys problem-solving and helping guests create memorable experiences, this role is for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
- Greet guests and provide a warm, helpful welcome upon arrival
- Help guests complete waivers and process payments
- Offer personalized suggestions to help guests plan their day on the water
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Support daily operations as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
