Event Servers needed!
We are looking for qualified and experienced servers to join our dynamic and fun team! We cater special events (corporate and private) to different event facilities/homes all around Springfield and the surrounding area. This position is extremely part time and usually consists of nights and weekends. It's the perfect second job to make that extra $$ or for college students with a busy class schedule. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent service to our patrons.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Server Experience Preferred
Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills
A positive, punctual, and professional attitude
Superior food and beverage knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and winning smile!
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address needs and inquiries.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in service areas throughout the event.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
