**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes and equipment are clean and sanitized to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency in our restaurant.
**Duties:**
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner.
- Load and unload dishwashers, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Perform food handling tasks, including washing and sanitizing food preparation surfaces and utensils.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to review the day's menu and any special requests.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing banquet and catering equipment and supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a dishwasher or kitchen role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- Familiarity with kitchen and food handling procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Knowledge of catering and banquet procedures, a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
