Responsibilities
- Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
- Participate in the care planning process
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Oversight of the food service department, routine audits for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
Requirements
- Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
- Licensed (if required by State)
- Preferred 2 years of consulting/long term care experience
