About the Role
As a Event Experience Lead, you'll serve as the on-site leader for Dinner Society events in your chapter. You’ll work closely with our internal team to execute pre-planned events, oversee setup and breakdown, welcome guests, and ensure a seamless member experience. You are both a polished host and an operational lead—someone who brings warmth, order, and style to every gathering.
This role is ideal for someone with event planning, hospitality, or hosting experience who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments and is excited to represent a growing, lifestyle-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site lead for 1–2 events per month
- Arrive early for venue walk-through, styling, and vendor coordination
- Greet and check in guests, support seating and flow
- Oversee setup and breakdown alongside team members or vendors
- Communicate clearly with the Dinner Society team pre- and post-event
- Handle minor on-site logistics or questions with grace and confidence
- Represent the Dinner Society brand in a polished and professional manner
- Foster a welcoming, energetic, and elevated atmosphere for members
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years experience in event planning, hospitality, luxury service, or brand activation
- Polished, friendly, and comfortable being the “face” of a premium brand
- Strong communicator who can lead without being overbearing
- Organized and proactive—able to manage multiple moving pieces while staying calm under pressure
- Has a personal passion for food, design, and cultural experiences
- Based in or near Fort Worth and available for evening event work
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in different neighborhoods/venues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing RSVP lists, floor plans, or event timelines
- Familiarity with hosting or curating lifestyle events for small groups
- Comfort using basic tools for communication and guest management (e.g., Google Docs, Posh, Eventbrite)
- Prior involvement in a membership-based or private event setting is a plus
