Dino Brands (dba Don Saladino) is a global fitness brand. We leverage social media marketing to reach a larger audience. We film daily out of our home gym, The Barn. We offer workout programs via the Don Saladino App, and are partnered with over a dozen health & wellness brands.

Position Overview :

Content Creator / Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This dual-role position requires a highly organized individual who can manage daily content creation while assisting our executive team with office tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Position can be entry level for an excellent content creator.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

Content Creator-

Proficiency with social and digital marketing platforms, tools, & analytics
Must have your own equipment : video (iPhone or camera) & editing (laptop)
Proven experience in videography and content creation
Seamlessly integrate into Don Saladino’s daily life to capture authentic content
Collaborate with Don to ensure content aligns with our brand's aesthetic and goals
Edit and repurpose long-form content for social media platforms
Pre-plan shoots and manage time effectively
Stay up to date with the latest trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & YouTube
Bring new marketing & posting ideas to team meetings
Proficient with video editing software

Executive Assistant-

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Assist with keeping The Barn organized & tidy

Assist with uploading programs to the Don Saladino App

Collaborate with Don to create bimonthly e-newsletters

Coordinate and prepare materials for team meetings

Assist with the preparation of presentations

Assist with special projects as they arise

Handle confidential clients / information with discretion

Greet and assist visitors & clients at the Barn

Location : Cold Spring Harbor, New York (North Shore of Long Island)

Position Type : Full-Time, In-Office

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00-5 : 00

Compensation : 40k Base Salary, plus 20-25% of program sales from TikTok & YouTube Content. This is a 6-figure position @ 2,000 program sales.
