Residential Marketing Rep

We seek a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Marketing Rep covering a 45-minute radius around Pittsburgh. In this role, you will distribute door hangers throughout the area and attend scheduled trade shows. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as most deliveries are scheduled during the daytime.

Compensation will be performance-based, with earnings based on the number of door hangers delivered and trade shows attended. Our team members typically earn over $20 per hour. • Plan and coordinate delivery routes in a timely and efficient manner
• Carry out assigned delivery duties in an organized way
• Maintain an appropriate level of professionalism while interacting with customers at trade shows
• Load, unload, and lift up to 20 pounds of door hangers
• Use a smartphone and GPS to accurately track and record progress
• Wear the required uniform provided by the company

• Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Must have a smartphone with GPS and internet access
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and walk for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable interacting with people in a friendly and professional manner
