QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
YOUR DAY AS A TIRE TECHNICIAN
The schedule for this Tire Technician position is as follows:
- Monday-Friday 8 am – 6:30 pm
- Saturday 8 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturdays are rotated and shared
- 5-day work week
- Additional training before business hours will also be required.
As a Tire Technician, you provide high-quality service to our clients. Your day begins with installing, repairing, and maintaining tires of all sizes, spanning from the smallest cart tire to the largest earth mover tire. You skillfully handle various tire types, including passenger, light truck, commercial, farm, industrial, and mining tires, ensuring optimal safety and performance for each vehicle. You conduct thorough vehicle inspections while meticulously assessing the condition of shocks, struts, brakes, tie rods, wheel bearings, and more. Additionally, you seize the opportunity to install and service batteries, perform lube, oil, and filter services, and promptly respond to roadside service calls, both during business hours and after hours.
