About the Role:
Dinova’s Director of Business Development focuses on building a robust pipeline and working through the stages of said pipeline to close and win corporate accounts. Focus on maintaining a sales velocity of 2 per month in order to meet and exceed annual goals. This is achieved by establishing and nurturing deep client relationships, cold calling, networking and brainstorming with team on effective campaigns. They are also responsible for the book of business they will actively manage as the account manager for said accounts to sell action plans to drive client capture/adoption rates.

The Director of Business Development is exclusively responsible for the proactive growth, development and ongoing maintenance of his/her assigned account base and delivering on set goals. The Director of Business Development autonomously will discover and analyze customer needs, independently determine which features/benefits of Dinova will most significantly impact her client pitch and onboard the clients to integrate these features/ benefits.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for managing their territory, effectively working the pipeline, managing their book of business and hitting set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing client relationships.
  • Responsible for recommending creative ways to assist with the needs of both the client and Dinova.
  • Oversee all stages of the sale including new client setup and maintain information for all accounts via company CRM tool.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and deliver client value proposition.
  • Creating strategies for prospecting campaigns.
  • Work with counterparts in marketing and BDR’s to effectively grow the pipeline through campaigns, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Ability to remain in control, professional, and empathetic while handling customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Must be able to build strong relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client relationships via virtual and in-person interactions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at delivering virtual demonstrations or program learning sessions.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
  • Creative help develop virtual tool sets and establish practices in social relationship management.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience business development and or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Economics
  • Ability to be creative in building pipelines.
  • Comfort level working in unstructured environment
  • Ability to work remotely
  • 25% travel expected
  • Knowledge in Corporate Travel
