Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Boston, MA location who will support multiple attorneys and/or paralegals in the area of Commercial Litigation
Responsibilities
File and client management
Formatting, proofreading and editing of documents
Online filings
Time entry
Expense reimbursements
Travel arrangements
Other administrative support
Requirements
Solid work history including 3-5 recent years providing administrative support in the litigation practice area
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm
Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software
Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems
Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task
Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
