1. Any combination to: associate’s degree in psychology, human/child development or related field and two years experience working with special needs students in an educational or social services setting. Experience working with children with Autism and related disorders preferred.
2. Apply behavior modification techniques in accordance with ABA practices.
3. Work with students with developmental, emotional and behavioral disorders to change, alter and improve students social interaction skills
4. Recognize and follow procedures when disruptive, abusive, and/or dangerous behavior occurs.
5. Demonstrate an understanding, patient, and receptive attitude toward children.
6. Participate as member of a behavior intervention team supporting students’ progress.
7. Perform basic math calculations.
8. Must have a Valid CPR & First Aid certificate, possession of a valid California's Class C driver's license.
Salary : $23 - $28
