LEARNING DIRECTOR - CANDIDATE POOL

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Master's degree (in progress or intent to pursue).

2. Appropriate Administrative Credential (or enrolled in an internship program).

3. Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience.

4. Administrative experience in public schools.

5. Proven competence in student relations and student body affairs.

6. Success in developing student and staff leadership.

7. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on responsibilities.

8. Expertise in implementing instructional and organizational strategies to enhance school performance.

9. Willingness to engage in professional growth activities.

10. Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
