Position Overview

As a Member Ambassador at DINX Social Club, you will warmly greet members and guests, learn their names and preferences, and ensure personalized service that makes every visit memorable. Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional member experience, thriving on teamwork and a fun, hospitable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge members and guests as they arrive and leave.
• Promote member satisfaction through recognition and introductions to others.
• Learn members' names and their special preferences to provide personalized service.
• Understand the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and potential dietary restrictions.
• Offer knowledgeable suggestions on wines, spirits, and food to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously, ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Fulfill additional duties such as greeting, assisting, and escorting members to their designated playing areas, providing brief orientations, and ensuring necessary equipment is in working order.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Two years of comparable wait service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• The ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an open, courteous, and friendly personality.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to members' and guests' needs and feedback.
• Consistent adherence to proper sanitation practices, including personal hygiene.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds.
