Position Overview
As a Member Concierge Specialist at DINX Social Club, you will be the first person to welcome members into our exclusive social space. You'll greet members and guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and ensure every visitor feels welcome and valued. Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional member experience, thriving on teamwork and a fun, hospitable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face that greets members and guests as they arrive.
- Answer incoming calls and manage reservations for pickleball courts, golf simulators, and private lounge.
- Ensure smooth check-ins and hand off members to the Member Ambassador.
- Provide club schedules, distribute wristbands for access, and share valuable information with our members.
- Keep the reception desk and retail space organized and welcoming.
- Fulfill special requests and complete tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED (or higher) and at least two years of experience in the resort, club, or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an open, courteous, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in using and programming multi-line telephone equipment and reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent member service.
- Knowledge and ability to perform required roles during emergency situations.
- Ability to reach, bend, stand, and lift up to 30 pounds and handle moderate noise levels.
