Entry-Level Machine Operator, Booklet maker

We are seeking an entry-level full-time booklet folding Machine(s) Operator to join our team. We will train the unexperienced individual. The ideal candidate will have some experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing facility, ensuring quality production standards and efficiency. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the print finishing process, utilizing your learned skills to contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery, including MBO, Multi-binder, and paper folders, to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and adjust machines with training.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to maintain quality control and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to get to work.
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift, box, and lift boxed printed/folded material.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise is a plus. Will Train.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
