Position Description
Job Title: Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing
FSLA: Exempt
Job Status: Full-Time
Reporting Function: Secretariat Evangelization, Education and Formation
Job Function: The Diocese of Allentown is seeking an experienced School Enrollment and Marketing Director with exceptional skills to analyze, plan, and build enrollment, sales and marketing to lead a comprehensive Catholic School Marketing and Enrollment Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include directing and managing the overall Diocesan School Enrollment/Marketing Program, increase enrollment recruitment and retention in all schools, brand the schools as a system and support local school branding efforts. The Director will work in collaboration with individual schools to develop and execute successful marketing and enrollment programs.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, public relations, business, education or related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of successful marketing, promotions, and brand management experience required.
- The successful candidate will support Catholic values and a commitment to the mission of Catholic Education.
Additional Conditions for Employment:
Candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing, have a deep knowledge of the Catholic faith, and agree to live by the tenets of the Catholic faith, including in lifestyle and on personal social media.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, including strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and proficiency; able to execute multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve success including all levels of management, personnel and volunteers.
- Creative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and energized with computer proficiency, including social media.
- Event planning for schools as a diocesan group and individual school event support.
- Meetings and events will require evening or weekend hours.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use of hands to operate standard office equipment; with occasional reaching and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May be required to work on other than normal workday or weekly schedule.
