The Diocese of Florida is seeking a Administrative Resource to support the clerical needs of the Diocesan office. This role will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone and mail inquiries, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage office reception.
- Maintain check log and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Answer phone inquiries.
- Assist with Safe Church and background search inquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Maintain databases and vendor records.
- Support office equipment maintenance and special projects.
- Support planning of Annual Convention.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain discretion in all duties.
Qualifications
Compensation : The salary for this position ranges from $36,000 to $38,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes Retirement, Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance.
