PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Camper Experience Lead position bridges the gap between parents and camp, connecting new families with Camp Tekakwitha. This role requires knowledge of camp operations, experience working with children, and effective communication skills.
We seek an individual who understands the mission and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay and Camp Tekakwitha, and is deeply rooted in the Catholic faith. As a member of the lead team, this person will be a role model, setting a standard of excellence for camp counselors, kitchen aides, and counselors in training.
This position requires adherence to the basic doctrine of the Catholic Church, aligning with the Diocese of Green Bay's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of a Missionary Disciple with a servant heart.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Aged 19 , valid driver's license required.
- First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Understanding of Camp Tekakwitha's mission and vision.
- Familiarity with Catholic Church teachings and practices.
- Previous experience as a camp counselor, preferably at Camp Tekakwitha.
- Background in parent communication and youth work.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong relational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in aligning with state standards, ACA regulations, and diocesan policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
