Primary Responsibilities
This full time Endowment Coordinator position supports the Catholic Foundation by assisting with the establishment, acknowledgement and administration of funds and endowments. This person will work closely with relationship managers to ensure that funds and endowments are used for the intended purpose. In this position the Endowment Coordinator will also coordinate all aspects of the fund and endowment distribution process. The coordinator will work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under tight deadlines. This position must understand and maintain confidentiality in all Foundation work.

- Bachelor’s or associate Degree in communications; paralegal, fund management, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong proofing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to look at work with a macro view for quality and self-review.
- Knowledge of grant making and foundation information sources.
- Knowledge of basic fundraising techniques and strategies.
- High level keyboard/typing skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in the management of multiple projects.
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with confidential material in a professional manner.
- Ability to create and modify letters to various audiences.
- Ability to react to fast paced and demanding environment and external and internal individual demands.
- Ability to deal with complicated and sometimes stressful situations.
- Bilingual.
- Previous experience with non-profit fundraising or foundations.
- Understanding of Church ministries.
