What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at Diocese of Greensburg?
The Office of Development and Stewardship for the Diocese of Greensburg seeks qualified candidates for the position of Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA). Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the BIA is responsible for providing accurate, timely and relevant information for the engagement of donors and other Diocesan constituencies. The BIA works with fundraising staff to work with available data, develop new data gathering and reporting techniques and recommend cultivation strategies.
The focus for the BIA will be on maintaining, updating and reporting organizational data, including, but not limited to, information acquisition, custodianship and governance, prospect identification, and analytic interpretation. The BIA’s insights and reports will improve and strengthen stewardship successes.
The BIA also works with Diocesan departments and parishes to provide insight into newly implemented CRM tools.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, analytics management, computer science or equivalent; experience working with data warehousing, data modeling and/or business analytics platforms; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational, and project management skills; the ability to solve problems; excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to test and solve database and application issues.
