Description
The Diocese of Jefferson City is seeking a Database Manager to lead and implement a diocesan-wide strategy for data management and security, both within our Chancery office and across our parishes. Reporting to the Executive Director of Communications, the Database Manager will research and develop best practices for data security, and provide support to parishes as they adopt and implement modern database solutions. Additionally, this role will oversee the shared diocesan Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database, which is utilized by multiple parishes, with a focus on ensuring data protection, optimizing its use, and fostering increased parish participation.
Requirements
Qualifications include :
- Database management experience
- Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong ability to teach and train others to use technology systems
