We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educational leader to join our team as Principal at St. Michael Academy. As a member of the Diocese of Nashville, we prioritize academic excellence and faithful Catholic teaching.

The Principal will lead our school in developing and maintaining relationships with the supporting parishes and community, and will play a key role in promoting a culture of giving and fundraising. They will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school and ensuring alignment with the Diocese of Nashville's commitment to academic excellence and Catholic education.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head of School or equivalent, and hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
