QUALIFICATIONS:
The next principal of Most Holy Trinity Catholic School will be an innovative and inspiring leader with a lived commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. The Candidate must be an active, practicing, faith-filled Catholic, possess a master’s degree in educational administration or a related field and be able to be state certified as a principal in Arizona. The ideal candidate will champion the school, drive academic excellence with a forward-looking 21st-century education vision encompassing preschool to eighth grade. Proficient in academic and catechetical curriculum, special education, English language learning, technology, and innovative instructional methods, the candidate should excel in communication and collaborative decision-making. The selected school leader should possess a strong knowledge of school finance and operations. This leader must have well-formed public relation skills and the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, teachers, and the community at large. Additionally, the individual must embrace the role of spirit leader and nurture the spiritual formation, not only of students but also of faculty and parents. Honoring the traditions and culture of Most Holy Trinity Catholic School, this leader will work collaboratively with the Pastor, Catholic Schools Office, parish staff, and the school advisory board to positively lead the school in its mission.
