St. Paul Catholic School is seeking a Full-Time Middle School Math & Social Studies Teacher to serve students in grades 6-8. As we celebrate our 95th year, we do so with gratitude for the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, New York, whose dedication and hard work have shaped our school’s history, mission, and philosophy. Inspired by the Spirit and mindful of our call to proclaim the Gospel, we remain committed to justice, peace, and active love in our mission to educate and serve.
Responsibilities & Expectations
A strong candidate for this position currently holds a Bachelor's degree and has a current Educator Certificate from the State of Florida (or can easily obtain one upon employment).
Employment is contingent upon a Level II Background Screening, Safe Environment Training, and reference checks.

- Embody a positive and faith-filled approach that aligns with the mission of Catholic education.
- Deliver exceptional instruction and maintain an effective classroom management style.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student growth.
- Maintain a growth mindset, always eager to learn and support others.
- Hold a valid Florida Teaching Certificate or be eligible to obtain one upon employment.
- Plan engaging and effective lessons that inspire student learning and goal setting.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support all students and instructional goals.
- Accept and fulfill additional duties outside of classroom instruction as needed.
- Follow all Diocesan policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the St. Paul Catholic School Employee Handbook and the Student & Family Handbook.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to ensure best teaching practices.
- Complete all Diocesan-mandated trainings.
