We are seeking a self-driven and motivated product line manager to join the Protection Products BU focusing on high performance, high reliability Transient Voltage Suppression semiconductors. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, FAE, Pricing, Planning, Product, Design, and Quality teams on defining and promoting world-leading TVS products and technologies. This position within the Protection Products BU represents a team-oriented, fast-paced, and highly rewarding opportunity to introduce our best-in-class TVS products to the market, make positive impact to the industry, and experience success.
Semiconductor or electronic industry Experience is required
Main Task, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall product definition, promotion, and opportunity conversion for TVS products and solutions to facilitate business growth
- Actively searching and screening new product opportunities and driving new product design-in and design-win to convert to revenue
- Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams starting from new business analysis, new product definition, campaign strategies, promotions, to change management and end of life, from cradle to grave of a product life cycle.
- Contributing to business planning, revenue forecasting, marketing strategies, and roadmap positioning by researching competitions, market share, application trends, and associated technologies
- Regularly aligning with sales and pricing teams to review product pricing to maximize BU profitability
- Identifying and cultivating high strategic value customers
- Maximizing and speeding up the business growth on strategic products and accounts by providing marketing support and guidance to regional sales teams
- Training the field teams on product specifications and functionalities
- Supporting Marcom team on digital promotion activities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (Preferably Electrical or Process Engineering)
- 5 years in the semiconductor or electronic industry is required, TVS preferred
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, team player, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership and possess a strong commitment to excellence with great attention to detail
- Need to have good communication skills with knowledge in both engineering and business
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Travel as required (20%)
