Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Staff Design Engineer to perform independent integrated circuit level block design as well as simulation and verification using CMOS technology with little or no supervision.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work as a key member in a development team, perform IC level analog / digital circuit design and verification using deep submicron CMOS process technology.
- Carry out assigned design independently and mentor / monitor the execution of the design team, supervise layout work and work with product engineering and test engineering for post-silicon verification and product characterization.
- Define circuit structure, and carry out the design from front end concept to back end physical implementation.
- Responsible for analog and digital design architecture, knowledgeable on building blocks for low jitter PLL, PFD Link, digital filter, fractional-N divider, and higher performance output buffer.
- Work with both analog and digital teams to define the signals between analog and digital interface, circuit block performance, and run top level simulations and ensure the quality of the final product.
- Create and verify high-level models in MATLAB describe system design / architecture.
- Create and maintain documentation for related project work and create and improve the design flow.
