We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team. This role is essential to Dion’s behind-the-scenes operations — verifying invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with reconciliations, and building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. What you’ll do:
- Receive, verify, and process accounts payable invoices
- Enter and code invoice data accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile invoices to vendor statements
- Track and assist with corporate credit card approvals and expense management
- Support vendor communications and follow up on missing documentation
- Assist with weekly filing, daily reconciliations, and period-end processes
- Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets and reports for internal teams
What you’ll need:
We don’t have a formal degree requirement, and we are looking for someone who has some accounting knowledge or experience – whether through school or previous work.
