Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate processing and fulfillment of orders. This role ensures seamless communication between customers and internal teams, while maintaining data integrity and resolving backend issues. The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, customer service, and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the efficiency and satisfaction of the customer experience
We’re seeking a results-driven professional with a proven ability to proactively pursue new business opportunities and secure strategic accounts that drive revenue and market expansion.
EXPERIENCE:
Process customer orders accurately and completely to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of orders following customer requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live char in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions logging all information into Salesforce.
- Stay up to date with company products, services and policies.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for systems and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with CRM Software (i.e. salesforce) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
