Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and schedule original, engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, reels, stories)
- Monitor social channels daily, engage with the community, and respond to comments and DMs
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to execute campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to optimize strategy
- Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in visuals and voice
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events
Qualifications:
- 2 years of social media experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
- Strong visual and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
- Passion for skincare and an eye for aesthetic, clean content
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
