Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing, growing, and engaging our social media communities. You’ll develop original content, drive brand awareness, and build a loyal online following that reflects our values of authenticity, passion, and care. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

• Create and schedule original, engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, reels, stories)

• Monitor social channels daily, engage with the community, and respond to comments and DMs

• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to execute campaigns

• Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to optimize strategy

• Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

• Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in visuals and voice

• Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and events

Qualifications:

• 2 years of social media experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness

• Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices

• Strong visual and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling

• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)

• Passion for skincare and an eye for aesthetic, clean content

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience with influencer outreach and UGC

• Basic knowledge of paid social and boosting content
