Job Summary
A Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa, assisting clients with their needs, and supporting the overall operations of the spa facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with robes, towels, slippers, and other amenities as needed.
- Ensure clients have everything they need before, during, and after their treatments.
- Regularly clean and maintain spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, restrooms, saunas, steam rooms, and changing areas.
- Ensure that towels, robes, slippers, and other supplies are clean, well-stocked, and available for clients at all times.
- Disinfect surfaces, floors, and equipment, following health and safety standards.
- Empty trash bins and ensure that all areas are tidy and ready for use at all times.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring that the environment is relaxing, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., oils, lotions, towels).
- Set up equipment and materials for spa therapists or other service providers, ensuring everything is in place for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels, robes, shampoos, lotions, and cleaning products.
- Keep track of spa inventory and notify management of low stock or supply needs.
- Organize and store products and equipment in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Follow safety procedures and health regulations to ensure client safety and cleanliness within the spa.
- Adhere to sanitation and sterilization practices, including proper disposal of waste.
- Monitor the condition of spa facilities and inform supervisors of any safety concerns (e.g., wet floors, broken equipment).
