SUMMARY:
As a Superintendent, you have the opportunity to maximize behavior competencies and perform the essential duties and responsibilities that will assist, perform and lead projects from start to finish. Through such on-site contributions and efforts throughout the duration of a project, exceptional deliverables are achieved for our clients.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
The below responsibilities are a general overview of a Superintendent and it not be expected as a full description of the essential duties & responsibilities.
- Complete look-ahead schedule activities through methodical analysis and work productivity and apply changes, and updates as necessary to maintain progress.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal team, subcontractors, architects, clients and any other stakeholders to ensure the requirements within each phase of the project meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform daily on-site activities that ensure quality performance and safety standards in accordance with any protocols, including OSHA standards are being followed. Confirm that all necessary materials, equipment, tools is available and that the workforce is producing quality output.
- Follows drawings and approved plans for project and aligns work productivity results in accordance with set budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with Project Manager(s) on budget, schedule documentation, design plans/specifications and troubleshoot any potential risks in completing project expectations.
- Utilizes project documentation software to complete tasks timely and accurately, ensuring reports are submitted by employees and subcontractors.
- Communicate with various stakeholders to provide answers to RFI’s, change orders and routinely meet with subcontractors and attend necessary meetings to report project on project.
- Maintains compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as required.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols.
POSITION COMPETENCIES:

- Work experience in trades and/or industry with subcontractors, suppliers, trades and direct personnel.
- Project assignments of $3M from start to finish.
- Familiar with scheduling, project documents, drawings and blueprint reading.
- Technical ability with construction software platforms and tools

Physical Activities / Demands
- Moving self in various positions to accomplish tasks that may result in walking on uneven platforms, climbing heights and/or being in tight confined spaces.

- Having accurate perception of depth and satisfactory vision, hearing, and speech to engage in instruction, direction, and other initiative-taking measures of information exchange.
Environmental Conditions
- Exposed to outdoor low and elevated temperatures as well as other elements such as precipitation and wind.
- Working space may at times be noisy, have poor ventilation or be small/enclosed space.
COMPENSATION
The Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 and is determined on additional factors such as but not limited to job-related skills, experience, education, training and location.
