- Job Overview : DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance;
- answering calls and fielding them, accordingly and assisting in various administrative duties as needed. Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities : Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 200 daily Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and / or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient Knowledge & Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent telephone etiquette Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred;
