What You’ll Do:
- Build and scale a national network of law firm referral partners.
- Implement and manage sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
- Drive client success through strategic partner engagement and performance tracking.
- Oversee financials related to referral revenue, contract pricing, and growth metrics.
- Develop high-impact relationships through networking, outreach, and relationship management.
- Lead technology and software onboarding efforts for new referral partners.
- Facilitate strategic Business Reviews and performance discussions with partners and firm leadership.
- Proven success in high-volume relationship sales, preferably in SaaS, legal services, or business development.
- Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of building and scaling new business initiatives.
