Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting revenue growth while maintaining strong B2B client relationships. This role plays a key part in project execution by assisting with operational oversight, ensuring projects stay on track, and contributing to profitability. You will have revenue and margin goals and will also be assigned quarterly strategic priorities that support personal, departmental, and company-wide growth. Once a project is active (i.e., sold), the Account Executive helps ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between the clients operational team and internal teams including Purchasing, Field Operations, and Installers the Account Executive facilitates communication and helps manage resources, such as materials, labor, and safety documentation, to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This is a hybrid position so this person must be able to be in the Reston, Virginia office a few days a week.
The salary is the base and there is also the potential for a high commission. Lot's of room for growth and opportunity in this position!

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Customer Service : Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Detail-Oriented : Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and success.
Eagerness to Learn : A willingness to grow within the role and develop industry knowledge.
