What We’re Looking For:
We need a skilled installer/carpenter with experience in closet or cabinet installation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to problem-solve on the fly. You’ll work closely with a team of like-minded professionals to ensure high-quality installations that meet our specifications and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Quality Control
- Install custom closet and cabinetry systems based on detailed plans
- Make necessary on-site adjustments to ensure a seamless fit
- Inspect finished work against specifications for accuracy
Job Preparation & Organization
- Prep and load materials for daily installations
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Customer & Team Interaction
- Professionally interact with clients during installs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and top-quality results
What You Need to Succeed:
✅ Required Experience:
- Carpentry or installation experience (closets, cabinets, finish carpentry)
- Proficiency with hand tools and woodworking equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in residential environments
➕ Bonus Experience (Preferred, but not required):
- Installing RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) closet systems
- Working inside a custom woodworking shop
Compensation & Growth:
- Pay is based on experience, with opportunities for higher pay based on performance.
