Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and learning styles.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers about children's progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
Requirements
- Proven experience in early childhood education or related fields such as caregiving, infant care, or childcare.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in teaching young children.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster learning through play.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with infants is highly desirable.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children are essential traits for success in this role.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
