Kiosk Attendant
This position is responsible for greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers in a timely manner and providing outstanding customer service. In addition, this position will include operating the cash register, managing financial transactions, and balancing the drawer. This position also requires each kiosk team member to maintain an orderly appearance around and in the kiosk area during each shift.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
- Responsibilities for representing Dippin’ Dots to customers by providing high quality, efficient, friendly and energetic service.
- Oversees daily financial management (including responsibility for own nightly deposits and reconciliation) of both the register cash and the change box.
- Responsible for maintaining a professional physical appearance of the kiosk by cleaning and keeping a neat, organized work area inside and out. This includes making sure any type of marketing signs are placed in the proper area for customers to see.
- Ability to respond to customers' inquiries about our products.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks that are laid out by the nightly closing and cleaning check lists.
- Implements and follows all cash handling procedures per corporate guidelines for the POS.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures pertaining to corporate and management guidelines.
- Maintains confidentiality and follows the code of conduct.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- The incumbent must be articulate, outgoing, friendly, hardworking, takes initiative, and always present a professional pleasant courteous appearance.
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Ability to run the kiosk efficiently without external help (please beware you will be working each shift alone; you will have a 4-hour training before your first official shift.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights , weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
