Direct Advantage is a Connecticut-based family owned business. We've been helping businesses grow both locally and nationally for the past 20 years through our variety of Direct Mail products. Our people are critical in the success of our business and the clients we support. We are looking for the right candidate to join our growing team!

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic graphic designer to join our upbeat and hardworking design team. This is a full time salary position, starting at $45K-$50K per year. We work with a variety of business types and sizes, from local to national. Designers work closely with the Art Director. 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, in-house position, partially remote.

Applicants must have the ability to adjust with changing priorities, tight deadlines and work well with clients and sales reps directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or marketing design.
• Have an understanding of marketing and ad design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone, email and text.
• Ability to work efficiently and able to handle multiple projects under intense deadline pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy and strong command for grammar and punctuation.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through and ability to multi-task.
• Positive, flexible and energetic attitude a must.
• Experience in commercial print and layouts a plus.
