Manages all aspects of the work order audit team, who systematically review all pending work orders for maintenance and repair (M&R), determining of the reasonableness of the request, ensuring billing accuracy, and approving or rejecting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors productivity of the audit team as a group, as well as individually, as to work orders processed per day.
- Monitors accuracy of the audits for proper use of repair codes, part numbers, coding conflicts, etc.
- Communicate with repair vendors and field staff to ensure proper work order billing as required.
- Monitors trends in vendor behavior, including duplicate work and repetitive repairs and intervenes as required.
- Provides training for new hires and continuous technical support for the group as to parts and repair codes.
- College degree preferred but not required or comparable work/military experience
- Managerial experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude specific to commercial trailer/chassis maintenance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
