Assistant Manager (Medical Laboratory) - Dallas, GA
Job type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift: Varied (8 hours per day)
Healthcare Setting: Plasma Collection Laboratory.
Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 Annual
Job Description:
This position is responsible to provide supervision and direction for all activities within the center. The primary areas of responsibility include, production, regulatory compliance, budget management, human resources management, and information systems management. The ability to meet production goals while remaining in a state of regulatory compliance is critical to this position. The Center Director provides the management and administrative planning of all Center activities to achieve company and regulatory objectives using standard operating procedures (SOPs), training, establishment of work performance objectives, team building, and any other activity as deemed necessary.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Biological Sciences is required, Masters preferred.
- Must have 4 years of overall experience in the Medical setting/field.
- 2 years of proven Supervisory experience is required.
- Familiarity with Occupational Exposure to blood borne pathogens is a plus.
- Should be fine with occasional travelling and flexible schedule.
