BCBA - Flint, MI
Shift: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (flexible based on client needs)
Pay -$80000 - 95000 Annual
Responsibilities:
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and families to ensure client success.
- Document and report on client progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Must be Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst or meet the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines for QBHP.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services is required.
- Experience working with adults with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
