Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Detroit, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Remote Work: 1 day per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Southgate, MI. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families while advancing your career in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
Monitor progress, adjust programs as needed, and ensure clinical quality
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification or Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework (Required)
Knowledge of ABA methodologies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) (Required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (Required)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus
QBHP certification is preferred
