Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide services to our in-home clients in McKinney, TX. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. You will play a key role in shaping positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for clients, while also providing support and training to caregivers and staff.
Skills and Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- At least one year of experience is required as a BCBA.
- Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to patient behavior.
- Knowledge of assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.
