Shift: Day Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000/Annually
Job Summary:
Under the administrative supervision of the Vice-President of Treatment Services, the Director of Adolescent Treatment Services is responsible for the adolescent programs and services offered by the agency. He/she shall also provide administrative and clinical supervision to all counseling, case management, and support staff assigned to the adolescent residential and outpatient treatment programs. The Director of Adolescent Treatment Services shall operate in accordance with the policies determined by the Board of Directors and shall abide by all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Please note: Director of Adolescent Treatment Services may sometimes cover more than one program or facility and often have oversight of programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of a four-year accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, substance abuse counseling or a closely related field. Master's degree matching one of the aforementioned disciplines is desirable.
2. Minimum of one-year paid experience providing supervisory oversight for a human services provider.
3. The agency deems it to be desirable for this position to be licensed in the behavioral health field within the State of Kansas. It is not a mandatory requirement. Credentials such as LAC, LCAC, LMSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, etc would be desirable.
