Salary range: $110k - $125k
Job Summary: The Director of Medical/Surgical is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the Medical/Surgical Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees all clinical and administrative functions, including staffing, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and maintain adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Progressive leadership experience in the Med/Surg unit
- Current RN licensure (NC/Multistate)
