Emergency Room RN – Free-Standing ER
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $35 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide care for patients with varying acuity levels. This role requires strong critical thinking, decision-making, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Prioritize and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent ER experience required
- Florida RN license or ability to obtain before start date
- Associate Degree or RN Diploma
- BLS required before start date
- ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of hire
